Mermaid, suspended wire sculpture

Elemental earring
Rozie Keogh lives and works in Hereford, and has exhibited both her jewellery and sculpture widely for many years, Much of her work draws on her long-term interest in dress, the history of fashion, ceremonial costume, and the politics and rationale behind clothing. Her vibrant pieces express the celebration of human desire and the pleasure of 'dressing up'.
Rozie's pieces are created using methods derived from garment construction. Many of them are knitted using metal wires of various gauges, often including beads and sequins. She considers her jewellery to be like small sculptures and miniature versions of her larger pieces.
